Let's do our part & save Mother Earth ! (:

Its Earth day and to join in the "fun" (cause I cant find any better words to sub it),
our school asked us to collect old newspapers and clothes from the HDB blocks near our front gate just now.
For C.I.P, they say.

We started at 3.30pm and was arranged to end at 6.15pm.
But we sort of completed our block's section(636) within 45 mins.
Yes, including knocking on every door in sight.
The timing was seriously too long and even a limping wanted JI member can complete it before 6.00pm.

Maybe the timetable was made like this:

3.30pm - 4.15pm Collect newspapers and clothes.
4.15pm - 5.15pm Slack.
5.15pm - 6.15pm Slack somemore.

BLAHS.

Our class was divided into 4 groups with around 10 people per group according to register numbers.
My group got the least newspapers with only 2 little stacks which is barely 1/100 in the whole pile collected by 4D-ians.

I guess the people in our block is just plain unfriendly.

They are probably all some petty aunties with curly short hair who are jealous of us cute and sweet school girls (:

ANYWAY !
After slacking back at block 624 for some time, we realised our block was not completely COMBED !

WTH.
The 3 of them in our group who are meant to comb the even number floors didnt notice that the block actually has 2 sections.
AND SO !
We had to do the job since the 3 was MIA.
THERE ARE PLENTY OF THINGS TO COLLECT THERE OKAY !
Plus, the guys in our group namely Her Laang, Joel, Terence and Wenjie DID NOT OFFER HELP EITHER!
& they did not even help us with the combing earlier, simply checking the corridor for newspapers in Block 636A.

SO WE GIRLS HAD TO CARRY EVERYTHING OURSELVES !

MEANIES !

Okay, overall, it was not that bad actually.
If you minus the sweat, the stairs, the two sections of of flats on every floor, the newspapers with bugs, the naked man with saggy neh neh (nicest guy on the block !), the ah beng family who pretended we were some annoying flies and the messy hair we end up with, I think I will be a very happy girl. :D
